Our system will periodically (usually every 10 minutes) check your Google Calendar for any changes. We will add update or delete any changes that have been made.
You're in total control of what your want your reminder messages to say. You can even have different messages for different calendars and we can magically insert the date and time of the appointment.
Once you're all setup turn on sending and we'll start sending your reminders. You can set the reminders go at 24 hours before the appointment, 12 hours, 2 hours, 2 days before at 7pm, or any other time that makes sense for your business.
Customers can reply your appointment reminder messages and you will be notified via either email sms or both. We can also update your Google Calendar to show that a customer has replied and what they said.
By default the reminders will come from a shared "virtual number". You also have the option to set the Caller ID as your own mobile number or Company Name.
Absolutely. You can choose which Google Calendars you sync with Appointment Reminder. It can be 1 or more calendars.
Appointment Reminder will grab the mobile number from either the Google Calendar Event Title or from the description. A lot of customers add the phone number to end of the event title.
Yes. Appointment Reminder lets you set 'negative' keywords for Google Calendar which Appointment Reminder will then monitor and skip any appointments that contain those negative keywords. By default when you create an account on Appointment Reminder the default negative keyword is nosend.
Yes. You can log into your account at anytime and turn off Auto Sending. This will stop appointment reminders from being sent immediately.
Yes. You have the option of adding [CONFIRMED] [RESCHEDULE] to your calendar event title when someone replies with Yes or No. We can also add the full reply message to the description of your Google Calendar event.
No. You only pay the monthly fee for sending the Appointment Reminders. You can see our pricing by going to pricing page.

No. You can create one or many templates which you can then use in Outlook. The templates have "magic text" that will automatically add the time and date of the appointment. We have different options for when the reminder message will be sent such as 24 hours, 1 hour before etc. You can choose this when setting up the Appointment Reminder.
No. Once you've setup Appointment Reminder and Google Calendar you won't ever need to log back into Appointment Reminder. This is important as we don't won't to interrupt you daily workflow.
